Gong Bath's

     Gong bath's are a journey through sound.      

While sitting or lying comfortably on a mat, with a blanket and pillow recipients are bathed in layer upon layer of deep, rich, swelling sound waves. The Vibrations have a healing effect at a cellular level - cleansing blocked energy and nourishing and renewing the body.

We begin the video session after greetings

First we will do a breath meditation session to boost energy flow.

This  increase flow to the field makes it easier to read plus beneficial side effects.

I will share what I see and the changes rebalancing may affect.

Then I ask you to share with me what you would like to focus on.

I will play the gongs, drum or bowls as need while we meditate.
